Here is some common problems with live streaming:

1- when I click on The channel link I get nothing why?

     you need to make sure you have the latest flash player which can be downloaded from here also you need to make sure you have the latest shockwave player which can be downloaded from here

2- I have chosen my game but I just see a black screen?

      Justin TV is slow to start the stream, please wait up 15mins for stream to load if there is black screen it means stream loading, monkey picture means stream is dead please be aware that stream’s and channels do not work 24/7 they only work when there is matches on always check the NKORA TV guide before Hand 

3- While I watch the match channel goes offline?

    The interruption of transmission is possible at times during the game, which requires us to update this page. if this happens to you wait a moment and click (ctrl + F5) at once to refresh the page.

4- I see alot of buffering messages and the stream is always lagging why is that?

    Normally thats due to the insufficient amount of bandwidth available for the stream from your connection, you need to make sure that your not watching any other channels or downloading any thing else while watching our channel as all other activities can effect your download speed thus it effects the quality of your stream. its best to close all other screen and programs apart from the channel website
